Parker’s Heritage Collection Cask Strength 127.4 Proof 1st Edition Whiskey – distilled in 1996 at the Heaven Hill Distillery in Bardstown and matured in burnt-out American oak casks. This whiskey was bottled at cask strength as the first edition of the Heritage Collection in 2007.
The Parker’s Heritage Collection is very popular with collectors. The respective bottlings are always eagerly awaited. It is named after Parker Beam, the world-renowned Master Distiller of Heaven Hill (sixth generation), who personally selected this whiskey as the first in the series.
