Bowmore 1971 34 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky in a noble black wooden box. Distilled in 1971 at Islay’s oldest distillery, matured for 34 years in sherry casks and bottled at cask strength. One of only 960 bottles!

This single malt Scotch whisky has a dark mahogany colour thanks to its maturation in sherry casks. It has sweet aromas of dates and cinnamon and a smoky finish.

The Bowmore distillery was founded as early as 1779 on the Scottish island of Islay and produces, among other things, the famous Black Bowmore – a particularly popular rarity among whiskies. The peaty environment together with storage in warehouses, some of which are surrounded by 1.5 metres of salt water at high tide, give Bowmore its very own characteristics.
