Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2003 Champagne Iris van Herpen Edition
Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2003 Champagne Iris van Herpen Edition – a limited edition champagne from Moët & Chandon designed by Dutch fashion designer Iris van Herpen.
Dom Pérignon traditionally brings out the current vintages of the Blanc and Rosé as limited special editions at Christmas and these carry designs by famous artists. The first of these editions was dedicated to Andy Warhol in 2000. This was followed by designs by various other artists, such as David Lynch, Björk and Lenny Kravitz.
This collector’s item was designed by Dutch fashion designer Iris van Herpen as part of the “Power of Creation” project. She is best known for her extravagant designs for audacious artists such as Lady Gaga and Björk. The design of this bottle is inspired by the concept of metamorphosis of butterflies.
As a result of the hot weather in 2003, this is a rather atypical vintage with stronger tropical flavours.
