Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2005 Champagne Tokujin Yoshioka Edition
Dom Pérignon Rosé Vintage 2005 Champagne Tokujin Yoshioka Edition – a limited-edition champagne from the house of Moët & Chandon, designed by Japanese product designer, graphic artist and architect Tokujin Yoshioka.
Dom Pérignon traditionally brings out the current vintages of the Blanc and Rosé as limited special editions at Christmas and these carry designs by famous artists. The first of these editions was dedicated to Andy Warhol in 2000. This was followed by designs by various other artists, such as David Lynch, Björk and Lenny Kravitz.
This collector’s item was designed by the Japanese product designer, graphic artist and architect Tokujin Yoshioka, who is famous worldwide for his installations in which he plays with light and colour. The label of the Rosé has an iridescent, three-dimensional hologram effect and is meant to symbolise light, energy and the sun’s rays.
On the palate, this champagne is very rich with notes of blood orange, liquorice, guava and rich stone fruit. It also exhibits a spicy finish with notes of cocoa.
